These Terms govern your use of the FadeKey cloud service. By creating secrets or registering a cloud account, you accept these terms in full.
1. Permitted Use
FadeKey must not be used to distribute malware, exchange illicit information, or conduct malicious hacking activities. You assume full legal responsibility for any material you encrypt and share.
2. Ephemeral Delivery
FadeKey is provided 'as is' without warranties of longevity or availability. Once a secret is read or expires, it is deleted. We cannot retrieve or restore any destroyed secrets.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro features are billed on a recurring basis. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard.
4. Open Source License
The FadeKey software code is open-source under the MIT license. You may host your own instances for commercial or personal purposes in compliance with the MIT license terms.
